"Awesome support from the team"
I made my first order not long ago. Part of it was sent out. When I reached out to customer support, they got back to me fast, letting me know that the rest of my order would be sent as soon as they got their stock. I followed up again since I hadn’t gotten it in the expected time, and once more, they replied promptly and processed a refund in just a few minutes.

"Poor Customer Support Experience"
Dealing with this company for a return was a real hassle. I had to ring them up several times before Ryan's boss gave the green light for my return. It took weeks before I saw my refund hit my credit card, and it was only after I called them again that they finally processed it.
